I originally reserved a 10ft truck with J S Bennett & Son in Ocean View DE. on Monday, .Even though they knew a 10ft was not available, J S Bennett & Son booked it on the phone with me . I did not know this until I arrived from Maryland to Delaware on Friday and was told I was upgraded to a 15ft. They should has told me a 10ft was not available when I called them on Monday. This cause me much inconvenience. I did not want a 15f!!!!!! Unsatisfactory!!!!!

No one there when we dropped off the trailer. No apparent trailer drop off area. Dropped in stones in front of shed. If this site is unoccupied, on site signs are needed.

Had to drop keys off at a different location next to where the truck had to be dropped off i go in drop off the keys and the girl says ok ill take care of it later was unsure if i had accrued any extra charges or anything since nothing was done while i was there

I am a bit concerned over the number of days the trailer is rented for. I only needed it for one day and was told the contract is for 2 days (at AMC Investments). The person, who was helpful at AMC said if the trailer was returned to the drop off location by Saturday I would only be charged one day. I hope this is correct!!!!!!!!!!

Brandt from this location is AMAZING. I was en route to my destination, about 30miles from this place, and 1 hour from my starting location when uhaul redirected me to AMC Investments out of nowhere (uhaul mistake, they told me less than 24 hours before my pick up time where to pick it up) Brandt helped me out SO MUCH going above and beyond to help me fix my pick up time to that afternoon, rather than the next day, so I didn't have to double back to get the truck.. great service. The rental agent had a bad attitude and made little effort to make minor changes to our rental ( renturn location and mileage ). She told us to call the national number to get "them to change things". Which we were disappointed to hear considering we drove one hour to her location because the truck we rented two weeks prior was not avialable in our area.

Made on line reservation was for a small 4X8 cargo trailer for pickup in Millsboro, DE, 1 day rental, return to Sterling, VA. Received call the day before pickup up from 410-690-3902 (Elanor) that the a trailer of that size was not available but offered a 6X12 for pickup at Dagsboro, DE for same price. I said OK. Arrived Dagsboro for pick up they had no knowledge of this change. Accepted 6X12 trailer and called above number again spoke to Elanor who said price would be fixed at return to Sterling. Returned to Sterling on time but they had no knowledge of original rental, my agreeing to use larger trailer or of what Elanor had said the day before. Spoke to regional manager, Mike Paolone (443-944-5900), no help - "you've go to call Pheonix, AZ. There should be notes about this under my name Glenn Shields int he system. Please help me sort this out. Finally the UHaul call center needs help. I'm writing this after nearly 2 hours of being on hold, transfered to wrong person and going around and around the phone tree. I was charged for insurance when I declined the coverage and I cannot get a refund without going through a "complaint" process. I hope this review will get some action on my refund. I called customer service but on hold now for 11 minutes. Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!

Problems with checking in, he kept blaming the uhaul website. I honestly think he needed more training. Also, after being hooked up the chains to were dragging the ground. Not a smooth pick up

UHaul's unattended drop off sucks. This is second time I have dropped off to unattended area, both time I got notices I did not drop off in time. Each time I called from the drop off point the 800 number to advise the representative of the drop off.
