You charged me for 6 gallons of fuel and when I got into the truck it wasn’t gas I put more gas then I had for myself but you still charged me for fuel don’t understand that

I was very disappointed that we had ordered 6 blankets to cover furniture and the ones they had at the location were filthy and were unable to use them and the guy said he couldn’t refund the cost
Cynthia FSteering wheel had to be rotated to the right to go straight. Holding the wheel straight started a left turn, not just drifting left. Cargo area smelled of mold
AUSTIN MBusy Convinence store. U-Haul pick up was a little slow. Thankfully there was one person who could finally focus on hand over. Also I was never told we had to pick up on time. Timely is not always easy when you are dealing with a move. Even with a 1 hour window.
