I was supposed to pick up the U-Haul at 7 AM and they did not open until 10. When I arrived at 10 AM the employee said I had to return it by eight pm. When I asked why I was not advised the day before he began to raise his voice and get they also do not have the two dollars I reserved and he told me to go to another U-Haul

Saara AThe location was convenient, the owner was really nice and accommodating. Him and his wife made me feel welcomed. I’ll be back!
Nicole WThe store rep came out to personally give me issues from the moment I got there. First he told me the lot was full and I couldn’t park the truck there after I moved the truck to fit his liking he still complained insisting I back it in. After going back and forth about how I wasn’t backing it in because it’s not a requirement he insisted I bring the key to him in the store instead of what’s instructed through the drop off instructions. When I insisted on giving him the key or coming anywhere near him because he was making me uncomfortable and scared he proceeded to stare me down as if no one was around or watch he would’ve did something to me. Definitely would not recommend this location in the further especially for young ladies like myself simply trying to utilize a service that fits my schedule. Definitely look into him the footage and the harassment being made to your customers!
