When I got there to pick up the truck, there was a guy working on a truck with a wrecker. He pulled the big truck out in front of the truck that I was supposed to be picking up then that truck tore up or had a flat or something and he had to fix it so I sat there almost 30 minutes, waiting for him to move Finally had to back the truck that I came to pick up out through a field to another parking lot in another building to get the truck out, this is very inconvenient and it cost me time that I didn't have to waste. I don't like to complain about things, but this was a bad day for me all the way around and this was just one inconvenience that added to it.

Address is wrong, couldn’t do an online check in due to this. Was charged for two dollys, though I only needed and was provided one. Truck had dirty interior cabin area with garbage.
APRIL GThe vehicle felt like transmission was about to fall out. Wouldn’t go into gear at a red light among lots of traffic.
BARBARA BRented online for $14.95, she got to the location they charged me just under $24 for a roughly 2 hour rental.
