Had a frustrating experience with the deposit. They wanted a $100 deposit on my debit card, but wouldn't take $100 cash. There were issues with my debit card (banks fault, not uhaul) that cost me right much time.

She were terribly rude over the phone. Her name was Jalesha(sp) and she treating me as if I was an idiot. She constantly interrupted me as I asked questions over the phone and was very unhelpful with answering any questions. She appeared to not know anything about her job or what equipment I needed to have to rent a trailer. She told me "maybe you should figure it out and call back". I was very nice when I originally called and she immediately started treating me like I wasn't a valued customer. My family and I have been very long time UHAUL users with towing, storage, and moving. After my sister had similar issues at another location, I am starting to think maybe UHAUL isn't the right business for me or my family to continue being patrons.

I had to travel an hour to pick up trailer that should have been with U-Haul truck I picked up. Manager was only one that knew what to do but helped others that came in after me. The employees had to keep asking her questions and in the middle of it all she had to go outside for a smoke break!!!! Manager could have helped me and wouldn't have taken half the time!!!!!!!

Reserved Uhaul online for Martinsville location however when got there the truck had been rented to someone else. Had to drive from Martinsville to Danville to pick up truck and back to Martinsville to load it. Confusion with the rental pick up even though had printed receipt with reference number

Recently rented a trailer that was the wrong size and weight for my vehicle but was approved in their computers to be safe. If I didn’t double check I would have destroyed the transmission on my car or got into an accident or both. Had the trailer for about an hour returned it without doing anything to the location and they charged me $111.

The Danville Va facility is cramped for space for both picking up and returning equipment. Not enough room to properly check equipment for damage prior to leaving. The staff were friendly and very efficient did a good job of assisting.

It was quick service once I got waited on, but only having one person working checking people out was the worst part, so I would say at least have two people working.

When a first time customer comes in Make sure the payment procedure is very clear . And told that there is no space to leave their own vehicle.

Employees are not worried about customer experience. Everyone shuffles around with out any idea of importance. I was kept waiting 30 mins while the vehicle was inspected and given a receipt. Need to free up space at location. Vehicle are way over crowded. Watched as a customer was trapped in the receiving area and no one even offered to help.

I returned the vehicle on Sunday, 3/18/18 after 11:30 p.m. I noted the mileage and placed it on the yellow contract. I am being over-charged for mileage I did not use. I disputed this info on Tuesday and still no one has contacted me; yet I am receiving a letter threatening to forwad the info to a collection agency. Please review your security tape to show there is a mistake. Please contact me as soon as possible, as the customer service has noted this info yet no one has felt the need to respond or try to resolve this issue. This is bad business.
