I was charged for items that I didn't ask for, or received. Pads and utility cart was added by the client representative at the Daysland u-hual location. I would appreciate a refund.
Steven KInside of trailer was not cleaned. I had to sweep out before I could put my furniture inside.
Martin HWe booked a 6x12 and our location was changed multiple times then they changed our reservation to a 5x8. We drove 2 hours to edmonton and had to then drive another almost 2 hours to daysland then 2 more hours back to where we moved. Horrible service, poor planning, unreliable and irritating. This happened to us in September as well when we moved.
