They didn't have anything ready when I arrived. They didn't have the dolly and blankets that I had already PAID FOR. The truck was not clean by anyone's standards. I've always been happy with renting for U-Haul, but this time was an F.

There was a bunch of blankets in the back, I did not request I left them.
William BMoved dates back one day with permission from manager due to frozen road conditions. Was told everything was taken care of then received a call a hour after getting the uhual stating I was late for return. So in total I paid for 24 hrs of service and had to have it returned within 12 hrs and still got charged extra.
Raymond SMy pick-up location was changed without my knowledge. The representative did not call to confirm the appointment as I was advised one would.
Dee AAfter having checked in and paid online, it took1.5 hours to obtain the keys and the lender tried to charge me again until I pulled up my receipt. The young woman was new and received errant directions from someone on the phone who didn't seem to know the procedures. There was no utility dolly and a lack of blankets. A manager, Josh, was fantastic and sent us to another location that had the equipment on my contract.
