I was falsely OVERCHARGED $89.34 for having the vehicle for an extra day. I have video proof as well as pictures, fuel receipt, and MARTA REACH transit information that clearly gives evidence that the extra charges are FRAUDULENT. IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY REFUND BY MONDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2026, I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE MAYOR OF DECATUR AS WELL AS THE GOVERNOR OF GEORGIA. U-Haul is a SCAM and I will further expose this company on as many social media platforms as possible. I may have been cheated, but I will do my best to protect the community, not allowing U-Haul to abuse our people with scams and THEFT!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisthere was no one to advise at the location. i had to spend an hour on the phone just to get a code so despite requesting a 10 am pick up i did not get the truck until 12. i paid for a dolly. i was told there would be a dolly in the truck - there wasn’t. the truck itself was damaged already and only had a quarter tank. i had to drop off the truck at another location instead of where i picked it up. the extra mileage cost me money.
Gabriella NEverything worked out perfectly fine for me. I checked in through the app, picked up my truck without any issues and returned it the same way. Very convenient way of doing business for me. Definitely appreciated 💯
Maurice MThe truck was dirty, the back door you pull up was difficult to open shut The dolly we paid for wasn't there. Thankfully an employee came and got one for us. The gentleman said he would take some off bcuz it was dirty but NOTHING was taken off. We were charged $91.60.
