Not really a UHaul store more of a warehouse and does a limited amount of UHaul service. Very minimal customer service I brought back trailer and truck and I had to do all of the drop off myself after watching YouTube videos… but when it came to renting a trolley… then they were available to provide service. Uhaul service had changed a lot since the last time we moved and it's not for the better. Uhaul just rents equipment nothing else. They don't care about customer safety! And I'm specifically talking about ensuring trailers are connected and disconnected safely and vehicles loaded and unloaded safely!

Look to what uhaul did in the past to make it the successful business it was. This new strategic direction is going to ruin its reputation. Locations like these should be differentiated from an actual uhaul store
