There was no signage about it being a drop off location and the staff had no idea where I was supposed to leave it, or how to go through the drop off procedure on the app. They just wanted to take the keys from me and provide no proof of anything. Additionally, the location is in a really bad part of town and had 4-5 people harassing us for money and food. As a petite woman I felt extremely unnerved, as they wouldn't stop hovering over me and being pushy. It was nighttime, and I had to stay outside in the parking lot to take all of the images required for UHaul to return the truck, and I easily could have been assaulted. I was absolutely terrified the entire time.

The clerk on duty at 8 am did not know how to process the rental. I waited 25 minutes for the manager to come in to get the rental. He did not do a walk around with me before or after the return. I pointed out items on the initial receipt that I did not order and he referred me to U-haul for it to be adjusted. Then even though I gassed up at that location upon return, I was later sent a receipt that I contested that added a 2 gallon fuel charge for $9.45 when the fuel costed $2.92. I had left the same amount of fuel in the truck as when I got it. I am waiting on this to be resolved in the next 72 hours as I was told by U-haul customer service.
