Terrible experience. They tried to charge me a cleaning fee even though I did not dirty the truck, then tried to charge me for gas when the truck was already on E when I picked it up. Attempting to hold customers responsible for conditions that existed before the rental is dishonest and completely unprofessional. Take pictures of the truck and gas gauge before leaving this location because they will apparently try to charge you for anything. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTo Whom It May Concern, My recent experience with U‑Haul was unacceptable and demonstrated deceptive and unethical business practices. At the first location, my personal information was collected, and I was sent to another site under the promise of a confirmed reservation. When I arrived, there was no truck available—and I immediately realized this was not an isolated mistake, because the customer ahead of me in line had the exact same issue. I eventually located a truck through an independent U‑Haul dealer, but that situation was even worse. The truck was in poor condition, burned an excessive amount of fuel, and the dealer attempted to double‑charge my credit card. This entire experience has shown me that U‑Haul’s brand cannot be trusted. I will never use your company again. Sincerely,

Stephanie RExtremely disappointed with my U-Haul rental. The truck was filthy inside, the steering wheel was peeling apart, and yet customers are charged a cleaning fee. This was easily the dirtiest and most overpriced rental truck I’ve ever used. I will never rent from U-Haul again.
