It was very hard to talk to someone. The building was locked. I could've move all my furniture bc I didn't have a folly - that I paid for. I came back for the dolly and no one was there to answer the door or answer my phone calls. The check engine light was on the trunk and the engine was very loud.

Even after making a reservation with U-Haul and being transferred to this location and finding out that there is no physical customer service on property only a lock box. Truck ran rough and was charged for fuel when only went 12 miles.
