The truck was completely empty and I was not given a big enough discount for that! I paid quite a bit of money for the amount of miles I was driving and that truck has a pretty large gas tank. And when I say empty the tank was bone dry good thing I made it to the gas station. I also didn't get to leave the facility until 4:30 because they did not have the truck and trailer ready when they had all day to do so. Everybody was pleasant to talk to and I didn't want to say anything to make anybody's day worse but overall unacceptable. I paid a hundred and fifty dollars so that I could be an hour late to the place that I was going.

Even though the vehicle was reserved online the person who was driving the truck for me had to walk way out in the parking lot to retrieve the vehicle it was not near the building at all and it was raining.. I did not peel we got good customer service.

Jae and Jordan are the best! Thank you for all of the help after a difficult one way move from Denver during a blizzard and then having to return for a bit!
