I reserved a truck in advance and arrived at the confirmed pickup location expecting the vehicle to be available. Upon arrival, I discovered that the truck was not there. I was never notified that the pickup location had been changed and had to determine on my own that the truck had been assigned to a different location. This resulted in additional travel time, delays to my moving schedule, and unnecessary stress. Had I been notified of the location change in advance, I could have adjusted my plans accordingly. Instead, I lost valuable time trying to locate the truck and complete the pickup process.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNo one was present at the location. I got varying information between phone numbers available at the site and contacting U-Haul directly. The equipment I had reserved was on-site and ready to go, but my day was pushed back by a little while trying to figure out whether I could take the equipment or not and then after the equipment had been dropped off I had to return to the site because U-Haul/the site manager did not communicate I would have to submit pictures when I was done, costing me another 30-45 minutes of my time.
