roger S.The first drop-off wouldn't accept the truck because they had no room. It was a neighborhood market. When I called Uhaul I was told they had previously emailed and texted me a different drop-off, but I didn't receive either. No problem, it was only 5 miles away. Next location was a tiny used car lot. Closed on an early Thursday afternoon, no where to park. I put the 26ft truck across the street in the grass and hoped for the best. Got a confirmation email that evening. What can you do better? Make sure the drop-off location can accommodate the truck you're asking me to drop off.
