Unfriendly staff inside station. The guy who helped us when we rented was pleasant but unfriendly clerk on the return. No pads in the u haul so we did not get our $10 worth

MARCO MThe internet connection was poor and it took forever to fill out the pick up on the app. Now, once I got a hold a human to help me in customer service Maria was awesome!
Wendy HI was charged and additional $54 a week after the fact even though I disputedthe change via email. I brought the truck back hr early with gas I pumped at the location at drop off and truck was swept out before drop off.
Tabatha OThe check-in process was very difficult. The app was not working properly and there was nobody there for assistance. The return process was rushed by the owner due to another rental of the same vehicle after me even though I returned the vehicle early. On return, the app still was not functioning properly (wasn’t able to upload any images).
