Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe person who helped me rent & return the trailer was so nice & helpful. If I wasn’t under so much stress, I would have remembered her name. Sorry to her!
Donna PService was great all around. Above and beyond, Kelly was wonderfu.
LARRY TThe issue wasn't necessary the location other than the employee was late opening and had a line of customers because the app was down. I sat in the parking lost for ore than half an hour with customer service on the phone. She was unable to resolve the issue so I had to weight for the location to open. Add another how ever long for the late employee to try to access the site which was down. Then she called customer service........ Bottom line... I paid movers for an hour of work during which time they were sitting waiting on the truck. SO extra money out of my pocket and a later start on a 100 degree day. So yeah.... not great.
Roger IThe lady that runs this location is very helpful and nice.
