Dropped off after hours, the app did not have a return option, the web based return would not connect to my camera, so I am thinking I will be charged extra, which I did not know was a thing until actual drop off

LESLIE WIt was a hard to find the U-Haul office after getting the trailer return to the return lot at 5101 E. University Dr. in Denton, TX. The vehicle lot and the U-Haul office are not collocated. The building needs to have improved signage, so the U-Haul office is clearly identified relative to the truck/trailer lot. The hours of 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. are inconvenient as well. Lee (U-Haul location manager) was very friendly, quick and helpful -- once I found him.

Austin MLee was amazing!! Super helpful and had exactly what we needed for the move ! We will definitely be back to his location any time we need trailers or box trucks
