This location changed from conoco to Mobile, just for future reference on your maps and info so customers know what to look for.
Brian M.When I made my reservation online, I was quoted $89 when I went to pick up the truck I was quoted a higher price. I was also told that my cost would be adjusted when I drop the truck off they can stay on the reservation. The price that was quoted to me and should have referred to that price instead of trying to overcharge me.
Karen M.The price quote that i was given was 1/2 as much as i was charged for because of a ‘moving safety' fee. I didn't purchase equipment insurance so this charge was completely unwarranted yet indisputable. Additionally, the mobile website to checkout and return the vehicle had numerous glitches and freezes, resulting in the webpage being reset and all of my progress erased.
