The mobile pickup process is a mess. The app just takes you back and fourth and you won't get anywhere with it. Should not be given an option for an in person pick up if it doesn't exist here.

jayson C.I would rate this location even more highly, as the Best Western staff were friendly and resourceful, but a glitch with the online uHaul transaction prevented me from uploading license info and truck condition images. Fortunately the staff member (Lulu) was able to work around this and showed a remarkable amount of patience. Whenever I was given the option to upload images, the website loaded a black screen, and no images could be taken. My device is a relatively new iPhone running iOS 16. My guess is that the website form needed permission to access my camera, but never prompted me to permit such access and therefore the functionality could not load correctly. This glitch caused what should have been a 15 minute transaction to take nearly an hour. May be something worth looking in to with your website developers.
