First: the person behind the counter couldn't help me. He had to call his brother. Both brothers were extremely hard to understand their English. The phone I had to use was filthy. The person on the phone was not professional. When he asked for my email I told him my computer wasn't working and if I could get a printed copy or sent to my phone. He informed he couldn't do either option and it was not his problem. I will use Penske in the futuredora A.

I was very disappointed in the customer service. I was moved to 2 different locations and got my vehicle 2 hours late. My phone calls to customer service we're dropped multiple times and I received little answers. The gas station employee was extremely rude and refused to give us the keys until we talked to his manager. This experience was awful and I will be finding another company to rent a truck from in the future.Tamara D.

NEVER rent a uhaul truck from this spot. I drove a total of 17 miles and they tried charging me 57 miles. They told me it was my fault for "not recording" the mileage before leaving. My bad for trusting uhaul to not rip their customers off. So the rude clerk says he'll call us back after speaking to the owner. Calls us back and says, we decided to only charge you for 20 miles-like he's doing us a favor! Well I'm STILL being overcharged for mileage! Also the truck was still dirty from the movers before. It had clothes, blankets, & books. I will never trust uhaul again after this incident. Highly unethical!MELISSA H.
Understaffed, poor communication, I did not receive any paper work, and did not have my equipment and I had to find another available truck. On top of moving being very stressful this location made it worse. Recommend using one of the dealer locations, they know what the doing.Nicole E.
This was the worst experience I had renting a uhaul I was barely late returning the truck and he charged me another full day. I will never shop at this location ever again and I will never recommend it to a friendpaul H.
They were late. I had to speak with someone over the attendants cell phone, which was audibly difficult, not to mention the language barrier. I was supposed to pick up at 7 am and got out at 8:15 because the one person there couldn't start the truck and turn on the heat to defrost the glass while we were trying to understand the No Show guy doing the contract.David J.
Located in a gas station. The attendant had no idea how to process my reservation. He tried 4-5 times to contact the owner finally he awnsered, the clerk then handed his dirty cracked phone to me so the owner processed this whole transaction over the phone, who running a business does that?? I thought uhaul had a little more integrity than that! I will not use or recomend this particular business any further, should've went to home depot.casey Q.

I reserved a 4x8 trailer for my move, but there were only (two) 5x8 trailers in the lot when I went to pick up. I had to pay more than I was quoted for a larger size I didn't need. I was also hoping to buy a few packing supplies, but the shelf was empty. This was the second time I had to pick up a u haul from a gas station and they are always so sketchySalvatore B.
I still have a pending charge on my debit card for $60.22 I paid for the truck, I was overcharged for the fuel, the station was closing when I pulled up and was unable to put the gas. I was given a quote of $44 I was charged a hundred and I still have $60 pending on my card I feel this is unacceptable and wants to know what can be done about itjose A.
I had to hook up, my own trailer, nobody inspected my truck equipment or hookup, I had to do the same thing when I returned equipment. I've used uhaul for years and this is the first time ever I felt that nobody cared about my safety or others commuting on our city streets.Frederico M.
Truck wasn't at location when I arrived. Gas station attendant tried to charge me more for the truck they had there. I had to call customer service to get her to give me the truck at my agreed upon price.Michael B.
The girl at the facility didn't want to review my rental with me? She said I would receive a email with the charges. I drove the vehicle less than 16 miles, I put fuel in the vehicle upon return at the level I rented it at, and was charged $23.45 for fuel service? You need to issue me a credit for this amount. The worker at the gas station would not give me the key to the truck. He made me drive to another gas station and talk to someone there and then I was sent back because the guy at the other gas station said everything was good to go and he still wouldn't give me the key. Do not give the keys to the cashier, he didn't even understand that I could register online. Just put the key in the box so people can pick it up. He wouldn't give me the key until he called his friend on the phone again. The pick up was perfect and then he made me take another 30 minutes after I completed everything except getting the key. Would have taken 5 minutes.Abram Z.

This was the worse experience I have ever had with U-Haul. They didn't know how to do the process. I completed the on-line check in process and still was at this place for about 45 minuets. They charged me for things I didn't even have. Not good experience. I will never use that location againpatricia M.
