Mr. Whilhite was great in all ways. He made sure all the paperwork was in order. Checked the mileage. Very informative of U-Haul and their process. He makes us want to use U-Haul.
warren wShift lever was in need of repair
Michael CThe big issue was that I keep calling and I would get on the call me back didn't work. I keep on trying to use that feature and they keep telling me that they couldn't reply to me. This went on and on, twice I got sent to a human being but that keep going no where. I did this for. The issue was that I had 2 accounts and that took a few hours to get corrected. Overall it took me 10hours to get . My reservation correct. Not happy at all!!!
rick jWe requested a dolly. There was actually a man working Saturday morning so I checked out with him and not through the app. He told me he didn’t a dolly but we were still charged the $7.00. My daughter and I returned the truck. The check in process was a little daunting. I couldn’t see well in sun to be sure I got the right photos.
