I RESERVED a U-haul in my area only to be moved to a U-haul location 15 miles away from where I actually needed to pick up and drop off. The pick up location was changed an hour and a half before I needed to go pick it up and it was an hour drive which I hadn't planned on making. Why are there reservations for the u-haul trucks if you're not going to honor that reservation at the location that I chose? I also had to eat the cost of the extra mileage on the truck that I didn't plan on making.

I specifically elected against collision insurance and am now being charged for it.
