Adrianna VIt was convenient. I scheduled my pickup for 9:00 a.m., but the place didn't open until 10:00 a.m.. I did not realize that. The manager or whoever was helping me was nice. She explained that typically they would leave a key out in the lock box for pickup. However, I scheduled my ticket after 5:00 p.m. when they close. All in all it worked out
Bharat SThe location is a bit confusing. We had to park way down the street because there was aline of trucks starting at the driveway. That's why I'm saying "not inviting". It was self serve on a Friday before 12 noon. I could not see anyone who worked there. There were gentlemen on the porch who were totally fine but non communicative. I felt safe (65 year old woman), I'm not sure why someone reviewed it as unsafe. I left my iPad in the cab. It had fallen behind the seat and I never saw it whilst taking interior pictures as per return procedure. I was able to contact a rep using the 800 number and Steven was extremely helpful. He contacted the area manager and within 24 hours I got a call that my iPad was safe at the location of drop off. Luckily my daughter was able to retrieve it that same day. I can't thank Steven and the representative at drop off site enough for their diligence!!
sharifeh aI love this location & will be back. My only gripe is with U-Haul as a company: PLEASE fix your app. It can take up to two minutes to even connect, and that's with full bars on my phone so I know it isn't me. And each new page can be another full minute or two. There's no reason for that in 2026. PLEASE fix it.
