truck was 2 gallons low on coolant truck didn't drive well. The average rating is because like 95 % of uhaul locations in southeast michigan the equipment is in fair to poor condition the employees don't care, nobody has any clue what's going on and that's someone else's job is the answer you get.

- I paid for 24 moving blankets but there was only one bag of 6 blankets in the truck, I saw the bag so I thought they're all in there and didn't dispute that during pick-up - I couldn't pick up the truck through the website and had to call customer service and install the app - drop off instructions were confusing, I was expecting to take pictures of the dash, but it just told me to drop off the key, I called customer service and was told that there was an error in the website and that's why I got those instructions. I think the instructions could be more clear about why I'm not asked to take pictures
