SCOTT SThe Owner Mike was so helpful and went out of his way. As a customer that means a lot. I will do business with him again. I try hard not to rent from the Alexandria store on MaArthur dr Alexandria Louisiana. I just don’t like the way they handle a person. I rent a lot of trucks and trailers from y’all and still will but not from that store in Alexandria.

Joe FI took time to download the U-Haul App to make my reservation and input as much information as possible in the system. Despite doing all of this, it took more than 30 minutes just to check-in. Later that day I discovered at the drop-off that the process was not fully completed and that there wasn’t evidence of me picking up the rental being established in the system. I spent additional time that afternoon (08/16/2019) and the following morning trying to work out the issue. I feel that I should not be charged at all for this rental. The drop-off location (Ashley) is in agreement. Reference dispute 2362655 (submitted by Karen Silvestre) for additional information. Still waiting on that call from regional / district management.
