Make sure the car dolly's are inspected properly by touch not just looks. I was given a dolly right at closing, told I was hook up trailer myself and load car due to insurance issues. The young man did help me hook up after I asked nicely. Before I left he did verify lights for me while I turned them on and used them. Problem came 20 minutes later when I was pulled over for no right side running light on dolly. Upon inspection also found lights are led and not accessible. He also discover the fender on that same side was very loose. The officer was understanding and though it was night, he gave me a warning for the light since it was on the right side. Nearly 30 minutes wasted on that. If u rent a dolly definitely take the employee working with and personally do a hands on inspection, touch it all since I can't rely on a tech at a tire store to check them in properly!!!William F.

I, not only was told I would be helped to get my vehicle on the tow dolly seeing as I have never used one before, I was told twice the day before I picked it up by two employees and the following day when I picked it up. I asked again about the vehicle, and I was told "just follow the instructions" needless to say I left the tow dolly at this location because I did not feel comfortable driving to my final destination with the tow dolly.Ana B.

I was very disappointed that no one was willing to help me hook up the trailer! I'm a 60 year old woman and the guy just pointed me to across the street and said to make sure I was getting the one with the same numbers. Luckily another man was there hooking up his own rental trailer and he came over and helped me!JoAnn B.
Have someone at the location at the time the reservation is for. Have the correct equipment without telling the customer that they either have to take what they have or drive 2hrs away, when your reservation was for a 10 ft but you forced to take a 20 ft.JENNIFER D.
