Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe day of the return a truck pulling a trailer with an excavator caught the wheel fender of the parked U-Haul trailer with its taillight bracket and peeled back about half the fender. The owner called the police and agreed to pay for the damage. I called U-Haul and reported the damage to a very helpful lady. She said I would get a call from another person that would deal with the owner of the truck/trailer. I took pictures, then had to unbolt and cut off the crumbled fender as in order to return the trailer to Dolores that day. Afterward I received a text asking me to upload pictures of the damage but it only gave the option to take photo, not upload the ones I had previously taken. To date I have not heard from any one at U-Haul to pass on the contact info of the person who caused the damage.
Mark REverything met and or exceeded my expectations.
Jeffery Cthe customer service was next level. Ron went out of his way to accommodate us.
continental fRented a small enclosed trailer. Operation was satisfactory with the exception of no jack on the tongue which made it very difficult to disconnect the trailer when loaded. Light for the license plate was inoperative.
