The rental place is a hotel. The office was closed. The bell didnt work. The telephone number went unanswered and did not have voicemail set up. Luckily, I saw a sign in the window of room 120 that said, "Temporary Office". After knocking on the door, I was greeted by a crackhead, with no teeth, no hair, no shoes and a cigarette in his hand. He didnt know what to do and had to "Call somebody", causing us to wait 20 minutes. When handed the keys, we had to hook up the car hauler (has always been completed when rented from other locations). The interior of the van was filthy, with dirt and mud on the floor, food crumbs on all 3 seats, some sort of sticky substance, which I assume was soda, spilled all over the cup holder and floor, trash and soda bottles under the seat, and the ghost of a black and mild by the gas pedal. The box had not been swept, either. The agreement was written up wrong, causing further grief upon return of the equipment to the one way destination.
