Make sure the equipment is clean. It was dirty and greasy everywhere. The windshield had smudges and looked like something had been splashed all over it. The back of the truck had glass all in it and had other trash as well.

We showed up two hours before they were supposed to be closed and no one was there so we called the number and they said they had left to go to an estate sale and they will come back later to check in the equipment. The equipment didn’t got checked in until the next day when we texted them again and they still didn’t check it in for two hours after that.

Contra LThe main Uhaul store messed me up and lost the key to the van I was going to get, giving me no alternative but to wait until 10 am and pick up at another location. This waiting cost me valuable time and effort.
