When the tire technician arrived to help us, he showed me the flat tire and the sidewall had literally split from the tread almost to the rim because the tire was so old. We were stranded on the side of the road for over 2 hours and had to burn all of the fuel that we had put in the truck to run the air conditioning just to stay cool in the 100 + degree heat.

STEPHANIE HLady was very nice and helpful since U-Haul messed up our entire pick up.
Sam BI didn't like the drop-off area because it was difficult to find; there were no signs to guide you. The inside looked dark through the glass, making it hard to tell if they were open or closed. Moreover, you had to park behind the building in a messy area filled with trash and dirt, which was unpleasant to walk through. I'm glad I didn't have to drop off after hours, as parking at the back would have been frightening.
