Even if you have to go to the next state don't use this vendor! The truck was absolutely filthy on the inside, it had food and trash in it. It smelled horrible, the a/c on normal didn't work, the engine sounded like it was about to fall out, the back latch didn't want to open so you could get in/out, the ramp was very hard to put back in and then to top it off I was charged $ for gas when I put gas in it before returning! You can look at the previous review and the owner did this to the customer last week as well! I'm filing a complaint with uhaul because this should NEVER happen! This truck shouldn't have been on the road and this vendor is shady af!
stephanie mI would not recommend this location to anyone. It’s ghetto. The truck was filthy! It had no gas. When I crank I’m getting a message.. you’re on empty! The truck stalled on me once. The people at this location used my debit card to process someone else transaction and didn’t care anything about it. It was fixed but you should always verify someone’s name to match a reservation instead of saying “all I do is…”. The truck was severely damaged. I will never rent here again.
