We rented the small U-Haul truck and we had to keep putting air in the rear left tire then the flat in the front passenger side, kept coming out of this was the worst U-Haul truck that I ever rented please check your truck out before you rented out to the consumers.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisConflicting information concerning return documentation. Not very customer oriented. There are better locations near by but this one needed equipment.
Burford SNot the best drop off spot, there were no parking spaces. I couldn’t find the representative to talk to.
Brittney WThis third party was horrible.. He was late getting there, he couldn’t print no receipts, and my card was charged twice. Then he couldn’t explain what I was supposed to do to do with the mobile app. I finally figured that out and the truck had no gas. A U-Haul representative had to call them and tell them to close out my account because it had looked like I didn’t return the truck. Just an overall horrible experience.
ROSHAWN WLet's engage in people to people contact.
