The key was very difficult to access, the lock must have been sprayed with WD-40 at some point so my hands were dripping with grease it was freezing, then whenever I used the breaks in the uhaul the whole steering wheel shook which minimized the trips I wanted to make moving my items.

Mary JThe mobile U-Haul process is a mess took us an hour to get everything done. The longest process was getting the code sent to us to get the lock box unlocked to get the key to drive the truck. Other than that process it was fine.
