the drop off location was acceptable; it was not marked very well because it is someone's home. somewhat off the beaten path. the gentleman there was very friendly and courteous.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisRear locking mechanism was extremely rusted and hard to lock door. This unit should be taken out of service or have the locking mechanism replaced or have rust scraped off and repainted. This unit if you hit it a couple of times the door opens by itself thats how luggage falls out!
