They were calling me to drop my rental off before it was due bc it said to in their Uhaul system. The misunderstanding was quickly resolved.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI need to tell you that I originally selected the Duryea location. This was a "self-serve" location with no one on duty. After much difficulty getting my reservation, the truck wouldn't start, requiring me to re-reserve at Dupont. This took at least an hour and a half.
MARK MThe vehicle was horrible, and the brakes were grinding and making a lot of noise. I drove around the block and returned it as I was afraid for my safety along with my passenger's. I will be seeking a refund as I was still charged, and I could not get any customer help. I called and waiting several minutes and then was hung up on
Carly SThe truck was not quite ready due to another rental being squeezed in ahead of my pickup time. There were also no hand trucks or blankets available as requested. They did a good job of making my rental a priority and quickly made sure the truck was ready, and the truck was nearly brand new which was also appreciated.
DAVID DI was charged for 4 days when I only had it for 28 hours. I called a requested a correction and my money back. I was told I would hear back from management in 3 days. It’s been 5.
