The pre check in was a waste of time. The website was a horrible waste of time. I was suppose to pick up at 9:30 am. Didn't get the truck till almost 10 after waiting on the service line for an extended period of time. The truck wasn't clean

Cargo area had mud and dirt in it when I picked it up. A pile of moving pads were unfolded and laying in the corner. The cab was disgustingly dirty with spilled liquids and food on the floor. When I got the vehicle to my home I personally cleaned the internal cab of this myself. I drove this truck to Florida and when I returned it to the Florida address, the lady in charge charged me $25 because of the condition of the vehicle. It was actually cleaner than when I picked it up. Extremely disappointment will never recommend U-Haul to anyone.
Mark B.Price was supposed to be 89 and taxes ceded up being 125 and taxes not cool at all charge only advertised price I'll never use uhaul again.
Anthony S.Had to stand inside for 15 minutes while the worker answered phone call after phone call right in front of me, knowing I was waiting for him to give me the keys. Truck came with literally no gas. I was told I would receive money back for filling the tank. Still haven't gotten any money and it has been a month.
