I enjoyed checking out and using the U-Haul. However, upon dropoff I had a poor experience. I was overcharged for days i had not used the U-Haul and had been charged for other misc charges as well. Basically 3x the quoted price.

A little better customer service. I felt like I was an inconvenience. Take the time to interact. Felt like this was a side business.
Scott B.Better customer service. Even though I was the only customer in the store at the time, the guy told me if he gets customers I would have to step to the side so he can wait on them. Which he did several times and it took longer for my pick-up to be completed because of that.
Tracy S.There was no information about this location before arriving and I was told if I leave my car at the location while I was using the rental, my car would be towed. Also, the check in process took 30 minutes because the uhaul website was not responding.
