Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNothing, Everything went smooth
Antonio LThe pick up location was ok. The more important issues were dealing with the app. Needing to have a second person be available for a call was an unwelcome surprise. Not knowing how much fuel to put in was a hassle. Information on fuel tank size is needed to estimate how much fuel is needed.
Chad SPickup was scheduled for 8:30 and no employee showed up until 9:30. I actually had to call the phone number on the front door and wake the employee up to get him to come give me the truck. They have no parking for me to leave my car and advised me to park at a public playground and walk back about half a mile to the shop. I had to cross a very busy four lane divided highway on foot to get back to the shop. They even have a sign on their counter saying no public parking, that cars will be towed. The whole situation was ridiculous. I would not recommend this location at all.
Stephen WI don't see anything that needs to improve, everything went well, pricing was everything in my budget, thanks for your time
