Cornelius C.My pickup was delayed 1/2 hour by the location opening late which made my time off. Things about drop off weren't explained to me beyond that they were closing without consideration for the time in my rental that I paid for. I was told no one would be there to collect key and to bring the key on Monday but I don't live close to location. It was not explained beyond bringing keys on Monday so I planned for time that best suited my schedule.
