The vehicle operated in a safe and efficient manner unfortunately the filth and disgusting smell made it less than desirable to travel in such a condition. I do rent U-Haul from this location on a pretty regular basis I hope that this situation will be taken care of for the future

Bravo market personnel are professional and kind. They made my last-minute decision to rent a trailer very smooth. I would rent from them again.
MATTHEW SThe location was a 24HR drop off at a supermarket. There was no one to interact with, the location was clean, decently lit, but no personnel were available due to arriving after hours. The instructions on the drop box were very clear and easy to understand. Only issue was spotty cellular service that caused the app and upliads to constantly fail. Uhaul should consider issuing wifi routers to the rental and drop off lications to assist with checking-in/ checking-out equipment. A simple SSID and password issued to the renter in an e-mail or reciept print-out would solve so many issues with poor cellular coverage or when personnel are not available.
