The Manager went above and beyond to accommodate us and gave us her personal number to call if we had any issues during our rental. She was offsite and assisting us with our rental-excellent customer service.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location wasn’t the problem. The problem was the mobile check in on the uhaul website not working properly and therefore I could not access the keys to the truck. Luckily the owner was amazing and super helpful, but uhaul customer service was useless.
Emily PI don't think it was locations fault that I had some issues. I'm not sure why U-Haul changes pick up spots as often as they do, at least in my last two experiences. I was told three times by U-Haul representatives to call the pickup location. I kept not getting anything and then finally had somebody pick up the phone who was on vacation somewhere else who then gave me the phone number to somebody else to call who never called me back. I finally just happened to be there at the same time a U-Haul rep was who let me do the rental with him and get the key in advance but still well within my time window. This happened right after getting off the phone with a representative from U-Haul who told me it would be impossible to do that. Anyway it was a crazy making experience and then I guess the pickup location was closed for the entire week but people at U-Haul kept telling me to call them. Once I got the truck everything was fine.
Teresa HVery dissatisfied with UHaul main location scheduling staff in Eau claire wi. I was given no email warning me that my pick up location was changed and that the new location opened an hour later than what I needed. I have trusted UHaul for quality service for the past 20 years. From this experience I would not recommend Uhaul to friends. I select the location and hours I want to use for pickup/dropoff…it should not be “assigned” to me with NO advance notice
