JOHN FOverall and excellent experience with both pick-up and drop-off locations. U-haul should not be recommending the moving services of United Movers. They damaged furniture by ‘dragging’ rather than lifting. They were s l o w, 2 movers carrying 1 box-intentionally making the move take longer than necessary in an attempt to get paid more. It took 2 60+ year olds 2.5 hours to load the truck, no appliances, not a lot of home furnishings and took 2 United Movers (approx 25 years old) 4.5 hours to unload. Extremely disappointed in the job they did and how they damaged my furniture, some of which were antique.
