sara iI think having to take the truck as is would be difficult from this unmanned location. I would say that it is not clear who is responsible for any potential damage or how to report it without making it look like I am the one responsible for the damage.
Leslie CMy original confirmation email was for Arrowhead Hardware in Baldwin City, KS. I received a confirmation text stating that the pickup would be at Sentry Storage. What I wasn't given was directions on how to check in once I got there with the updated pick up location. I was able to call customer service and they were able to walk me through the process. I would recommend following up with customers via a call or email if the pick up location is switched.
Chad YThe facility was good as it was a storage business on the edge of town. Had an issue with Internet connection that caused issues delayed me picking up the rental. Other than that everything was fine.
