Nice people and convenient check in and check out. However, there’s something strange going on with their system, so I will not rent from there again. I checked in from my phone and DECLINED the SafeMove and all other offered options. When I received the invoice, I was charged $15 for SafeMove. The same thing happened last time I rented from this location. I will use a more established UHaul next time.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisA call would have been helpful. No communication. Messed up from the beginning but a call would/could have made a difference.
Daniel MGreat experience! Friendly location. Quick and easy check in and out. Would definitely use this location again! Thank you!
Julie JEasy rental. Very friendly service.
David BI have never driven a U-Haul before. I have only rented a trailer and my husband drove it. This time I was by myself. I had no idea how to adjust the mirrors. I went in to ask and he was of no help. They were stuck in one position and would not stay in place for long if I did try to move them. I battled with the mirrors the entire rental. My son helped me make sure I was clear before changing lanes. Thankfully, no accidents and I was very very careful. I chose this place from our of town because it had decent reviews. I would say that if a person has rented before and really knows what they are doing, I suppose this might be ok. It was relatively easy to get the truck. It just felt scetchy and the person was not helpful in how to use the truck.
