Uhaul, allows drivers to present their foreign licenses to rent a truck as long as they provide the international license, passport and secondary piece of ID, but during this experience which would be my second time renting a truck I was not allowed to rent the truck with my Ecuadorian passport. Which delayed the rent of the truck by almost 20 minutes.

The associate charged us more for the gas in the vehicle even though we filled up the tank to exactly how it was when we got it. Not impressed by her.
Brandon PHad a 2 day reservation which was paid for. Took over an hour to get the keys as the U-Haul had been double booked. Staff was rude, back door didn't latch properly. Place was closed when I dropped it off at my scheduled time so had to wait 30 min. Moving is stressful, using U-Haul made it worse. Did talk to a GM and thankfully she got the keys released to me so I could actually go and do my move. She was the only staff member that was helpful and not rude

CHRIS TThe cash attendant didn't seem to know how to check me in--especially with a Canadian credit card (since U-Haul's processor asks for a ZIP code, and Canadians don't have one--nor does the interface accept letters). I had to end up showing her how to do this just so I could get my truck. The whole experience of checking in took 30 minutes for her to complete, which was incredibly drawn out.
