Trailer was dirty, I was told we had 24 hours to return it, and it could only be returned to the location that we picked up from. I returned it after 23 hours and was charged an extra day rental, I am not impressed

DORIS GTh first location we were sent too “triple one convenience” was 1 star. Truck not there, person checking us in did not understand what we said and said we didn’t need to give our drivers licenses (additional drivers) which was all pretty concerning. Once I spoke to the scheduling team at U-Haul it was great, he took care of us, got us to the above location where truck was available and we were able to pick up without issue and all required information in place.
MATTHEW CI rented a trailer using Uhaul's app a couple weeks ago only to find out the morning I was supposed to pick up my trailer rental that it was not returned by the previous renter two days earlier. Uhaul should have told me a day or two earlier that there may be a problem allowing me to make other arrangements. My only choice left on a Sunday morning was to rent this truck costing me over twice the cost of the trailer. I am very disappointed and will never use Uhaul again. The truck I rented had dirty napkins in the cupholder, other debris and coffee stains around the cup holder area as well.
Russell BEasy check in, person was there from 8am-2pm to help, and self serve drop off was very easy. Large hotel parking lot with plenty of room. Not very busy.
