Everything went smoothly and the staff at Jossy Mart were flexible, friendly, and helpful. No issues. Plus it was a unique store to check out in my new neighborhood with interesting products; I’ll be back for a visit soon :)
LORI PWhen we got the truck there was burned cardboard in it and the collected was quite low. When we replaced the gas we ended up putting in more gas then needed because the gas gage stuck. So I put in twice as much as I should have.
duane HProbably better spots to deal with Edmonton as you have to go down a back alley to park the truck. The gentleman didn’t seem real sure that he could take the truck due to his limited space but did so. We had a 15 foot truck to drop off and glad we didn’t have a longer one to park there.
Pamela LReturning our U-Haul rental turned into a nightmare. Despite having everything in order, they suddenly claimed they couldn’t find our reservation. We had paid a cash deposit, and they refused to return it, giving us excuse after excuse. While we stood there trying to resolve the issue, they completely ignored us and started servicing other customers. It felt shady and disrespectful. This location is untrustworthy — avoid it at all costs, especially if you’re paying in cash.
