I booked the first time at different location and after two days U-Haul Stoney plain called me to tell me that I cannot have the truck I booked. So frustrating to hear that when the next day I had to move out. Plus the rudeness of the person that called she did another booking for a van that it would be useless to me to do three runs when I could do it with one run. Very disappointed. Luckily the store i first book I'll give maximum rate of being helpful and arrange this location a bit far but I had to spend more km and bring it back to the same location.

I booked months in advance for a location very close to home and the day before I was to pick up I received a message to pick up at another location. This was totally inconvenient for me … thus why I had booked months in advance.
