Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe booking was for another location, I received a call from U-Haul to go to this other spot. The van was disgusting. Food remains, bones, random 7/11 box left in there. The back of the van smelled so sour. Thankfully, we were getting rid of cardboard. But if this was for moving furniture from point A to point B this would’ve been unacceptable.

Tyler HTook so long to check-out and check-in the vehicle. No one was at the store but the guy was chatting on the phone with his friend. Van wasn’t swept. Leaves inside. Took pictures of my ID on his personal device. Not sure if this is protocol but it wasn’t done at another location.
