This wasn’t the location I originally selected, the day before I was to get the truck, I got a call and I was told that the location I selected was out of vehicles. Then, I was told the new location didn’t have the vehicle I wanted and I had to get a larger one. I was offered a $50.00 credit for the inconvenience. Then Thursday evening, at dinner time, I get a call and am told there is a problem with getting me a truck because it’s booked out with someone else, three calls later I get told I’m getting the original size I wanted and had originally booked. I picked it up, it sounded loud and clunky, like something wasn’t right and getting up to the speed limit seemed hard on it. It was filthy in the back of the truck and we had to clean it before we loaded it. I returned it an hour early. I was charged on my credit card almost $60.00 more than my final bill, and I didn’t get the $50.00 credit!!

Nestor Rfriendly people and good service. It was a good experience. Though the selection of rental vehicles was limited, I am sure it will grow over time. I felt it was a good experience.
